01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 266bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 266bat website, mobile interface, and all associated betting and casino services available at https://266bat.app.

By completing registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or feature on the 266bat platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and accept them without reservation. 02 Eligibility & Registration

To register a 266bat account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 266bat enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately and review the matter.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated entities may not register as players.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration or verification process.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online betting or casino gaming in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an active 266bat account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be subject to consolidation or suspension.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 266bat platform.

266bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during the lifetime of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

03 Account Management

Once your 266bat account is successfully registered and verified, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through that account. The following account management rules apply at all times:

• Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 266bat will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 266bat support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account while the investigation is conducted.
• Account Currency: All 266bat accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All displayed balances, bet amounts, and promotional values are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your 266bat account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following verification checks.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 266bat reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance charge to dormant accounts after providing prior notice to the registered contact details.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

266bat supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in BDT.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 266bat account balance in real time following successful payment confirmation. Deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported banking partners may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on bank processing times. 266bat does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the account cashier at the time of deposit and may be adjusted from time to time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawals to verified mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to 3 business days.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

266bat offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page. The following general bonus rules apply across all 266bat promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotional page (e.g., 20x, 30x).
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Game contribution rates will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Non-Transferability: Bonus funds are credited to your 266bat account for your use only. Bonus balances cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to another player.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules govern all sports betting activity on the 266bat platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you have received a written confirmation on screen and a bet reference number has been generated. 266bat reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed at erroneous odds due to technical error or data feed failure.
• Match Cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time required for bets to stand (as specified per sport), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. 266bat may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. All accepted in-play bets are binding once a bet reference number is issued.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing the bet. 266bat reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any player account at its discretion.
• Palpable Errors: 266bat reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, odds of 100/1 on a heavy favourite due to a data entry error. Such voids will be communicated to the player and the stake returned.

07 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the 266bat platform — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and table games — are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or by real-world physical dealing and spinning processes in the case of live dealer games.

Each game is governed by its own specific rules and payout table, accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the outcome recorded on the provider's server, the server record shall be the definitive and binding record.

• Game malfunctions void all plays and pays for the affected round. Stakes for voided rounds will be returned to the player's balance.

08 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or share information for the purpose of gaining an unfair betting advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events covered by the 266bat sportsbook.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of illegal activity through the platform.
• Using the platform in a manner that harasses, threatens, or abuses other users or 266bat staff.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes, payout calculations, or progressive jackpot awards, which are governed by those providers' own certified systems.

Nothing in these Terms limits 266bat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Amendments & Termination

266bat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 266bat will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered contact details on file where practicable.

266bat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable belief that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal or regulatory risk to the platform.

Players who wish to dispute an account termination decision may do so by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of termination. 266bat will review all disputes fairly and communicate its decision within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith. Any unresolved dispute between a player and 266bat should first be submitted to our internal complaints process before any external escalation.
